TOPIC: I heard this PC port was horrible!

So basically i bought Arkham knight, and well, it was fucked, so now im reinstalling just to see whether they have fixed it.

Weren't all sold copies taken back and the buyers refunded?

As far as I know it hasn't been patched and will be the only game to run better on console than PC.
