Didn't Recive my booster packs. 8 years 9 months ago #169445

Well I bought some booster packs for 35 usd but never recived them, tried logging out, tried restarting steam nothing helped i am sure i entered the right steam login and also it says i have the booster packs in the section where you can buy them. Hi, please make sure that you have no other forum account linked to your steam account, and that you have linked your steam account to this one only. So i found out what my old accounts email i used. It typed it wrong and since the forums does not need verification threw the email. Any way i can my old forum account deleted or get the info back? I didnt notice it. Anyway i could get the details ?	hakon1 Offline Fresh Boarder Posts: 4 Karma: 0

Hi hakon1,

Thanks for supporting ZARP! We have taken a look into this issue for you and found that you have multiple accounts on ZARP, your other account Hakonsik (zarpgaming.com/index.php/forum/profile/15838-hakonsik) has a ZARP VIP upgrade, and this account has the 10 Booster Packs upgrade. We need to move your upgrades onto one account in order for them to appear in-game. Do you want us to move your booster packs to the Hakonsik account and disable this account (hakon1)?

Hi hakon1,

Thanks for getting back to us. What we have done is transferred your ZARP VIP to your new account, so now all your upgrades including you 10 Booster Packs are on your hakon1 account. All you need to do now is reconnect to the server and claim your booster packs from the F4 Menu on the Donate tab. Be sure to use your hakon1 account on the ZARP forums from now onwards, and don't link your Steam profile to another account. Enjoy your booster pack and as always thanks for supporting ZARP!
