No doubt it can record 60FPS 1080p

But you shouldn't worry about what the graphics card can do worry on the requirements it sets for your computer.

Is can your PSU (Power Supply Unit) handle the GTX 980 Ti as i would imagine it would need a beefy PSU to run if your PSU is not good enough for the graphics card the graphics card wont run at its full potenial if its overwhelmingly bad it wont run at all and if it tries sometimes it may cause harm to your computer
