Hi Snout!

I've looked into your problem and found that you actually have two separate accounts on the forums that are linked to the same steamid. Normally I would just unlink the second account, so that you can use the benefits that are on this one. However your other account has the VIP upgrade on it. What I need from you is to know witch account you would like to use. After you decide that, I'll send you an email with more information about how we can transfer the upgrades over.\

Hi Snout,

Thanks for getting back to us. We have unlinked your current account Snout and moved all of your upgrades including your booster pack onto your SenpaiShpai account. All you need to do now is reconnect to the server and claim your booster pack from the F4 Menu on the Donate tab. Be sure to use your SenpaiShpai account on the ZARP forums from now onwards. Enjoy your booster pack and as always thanks for supporting ZARP!
