I was wondering if i disconnect and I have a shop, will that make me lose all of my items in my shop since sometimes my game crashed.

I think you keep the items on server 2, I don't know about server 1

I just tested it with a carrot, when I come back in the game and spawn the shop checkout the carrot is still there. :)
