you could in theroy just open them and then say you did not get them.

Actived them but didn't get anything beside the inventory space / bank

Hi Jay,

When you reconnect to the server, you will now see that it says your booster packs are ready to be claimed. All you need to do is open the F4 menu and go to the Donate tab. On this tab click the "Claim booster packs" button and your items & money will be applied.
