Let's be honest. It's the first warn I don't get. In the SS it shows he was gangster / thief. It's really hard to tell who's in a sit and who isn't if there's no AoD there.

Yeah, I don't see the second one as disrespect but he might have been offended. You should've kept curse words to a minimum, I know you were mad and such but you need to control your behavior. You could've talked nice to him about the warn. I suggest talking it out with him.
