TOPIC: how do i put a picture in the thing

how do i add a picture like on this picture in the attachments
(i didn't want to put this under help since it's not that big a thing)
(shh i only have 46+9 pages open it's ok)

Upload to imgur then choose the second link of the many you get provided with and fill in [.img] link [./img] without (. )

You can also go on Google Images, find an image you like, click on it, click on "View Image" and if the link ends with ".png", ".jpg", ".gif", ".jpeg", etc... You can post it in the image brackets like with the imgur links.
