A new player joins the server and wants to know how he can report another player, he also states he has sufficient evidence. Explain how you'd go about this and resolve the situation.

I would take the guy separate some where to an admin area in the minecraft server
and listen to his story and take all the needed information onto a note pad.
And i would tell him that reporting can be done to both me or on the forums or to any staff member on the minecraft server.
if he still does not understand how to report a player i would link him to morgans report abuse guide.
If the offense is a very heavy offense i will call a admin to take over the sit but will still remain there to learn from the admin in question


Explain what you would do in a situation where a player was chat spamming.
i would do this with the following steps
1. i'd private message the player and tell him to stop
if not stopped
2. i'd teleport to the player in question and give him a last chance to stop.
if not stopped
3. i'd give the player a warning.
if not stopped
4. i will gag/mute the player for 10 minutes
if not stoppped
5. i will inform a admin with the needed proof to get the user banned.

Why should you be chosen?
im a crazy minecraft fanatic i have played a lot of minecraft ever since it was a alpha state game.
i love playing the game but the thing that i like most is administrating servers where i get to help other people out and make it a more fun place to be around in.
my aim for if i get staff is to make sure every one will be treated within our ethos and i will follow this also as a admin.
i have alot of expierence within zarp as i have been staff for over a year now on SSRP where i am headadmin on.
