TOPIC: I forgot I even made this

I made this a while back on GTA IV and I don't know how I ran it with mods because if anybody knows me they know I use a not very powerful laptop and GTA IV was a terrible PC port but I thought it was pretty cool and wanted to show you guys.



Sorry it has 2 intros, That is because I applied the Youtube intro thing and forgot some videos already had an intro.
