Sonic. He said he as an alt account which is also connected which needs deactivating first. Read the whole post.

Hi leader of the blood cult,
We have taken a look into this problem for you, and found that you have multiple accounts on the ZARP site. Your other account (reggea shark) does not have the VIP upgrade so we have disabled this account so that you can enjoy the benefits on your new one. All you need to do now is reconnect to the server to see the upgrades. These upgrades are applied instantly after purchasing usually.
