Suggestion Title:Cars for cops

How would it benefit the server:cops would be mobile quick and if the 911 feature was added it would be even better it would make cops get around the map quicker

Potential Issues/Exploits:Cdm would be more often

Additional notes:The only this is where would the cars be stored on s1 theirs a garage beside it but s2 no space

This Would be a good idea however I remember someone else suggesting this also the player would have to buy the car other wise a new player may just go around "cdming"

Also is this not in the wrong section
