TOPIC: Money got reseted after server crash

Hey i bought 10 boosterpacks and i got 10m from it but the server 1 crashed and i lost all my money..
I still have my blueprints from it and weapons but the money from boosterpack is gone, I demand an admin to look into this problem right now.

I dont have any picture of this becuse i just got the money and baam the server crashed and bought another 2 boosterpacks
And joined the server after that and my money was gone.....

Im not happy right now, And i dont care about my grammar right now im so angry so i only want an admin to do something about this right now...

You can simply check if i bought 10 boosterpacks if an super admin or any staff wants me to show the Purchase confirmation email i can simply do that. Fuck this right now....

The thing is that after i bought the boosterpacks i opened all my cases and after that Server crashed, And i decided to buy another 2 boosterpacks, because i did not know my money got reseted and i wanted to get an nuclear lancher so badly but guess what. Joined the server and all my money was gone.

I was left with all my blueprints and weapons and 2M from the 2 other boosterpacks that i bought after server crash.

The server has been crashing constantly everyday now, and everytime it crash i have lost something,
Im not quite pleased with that as donating or buying with realmoney and then this happens..

If you buy something you simply trust the community and think that everything will work
But what i get instead is lost money on my bank account and lost money ingame.

Well as the other guy said how could i know that my money would reset when the server crashed..
All evidence i got is my Mail that says i have bought 10boosterpack today...

Look, just try hard to get some proof and everything will be okay. Sorry, but no excuses if you don't have proof.

You admins should be able to see if i bought 10 boosterpacks, im too mad to be trolling right now....

How should he know that his money would reset?
He can atleast show the proof that he bought it...

The logs will also show maybe that he didnt do anything with his money when it crashed...
