Refund pls as i played in server 2 basing with my 2 friends as the server went down as it did like all the day i lost my printers as i joined i couldnt refund my printers i got help from an admin(Walter) and a mod and the other i dont remember the name of him he told me to add an super admin on steam to get contact to one as he comes online i lost 2 gold printers and 2 ruby printers and one nuclear printer all full upgraded thank you for ready this and have a nice day hope you can help me i got no screenshot

They don't refund printers; that and you don't have evidence.

What about money do you guys refund that?
