We had this suggestion before.

I don't see how it would fit TTT seeing as then it will easily break the invalid KOS rule:
- The Traitor has a similar skin/hat to the player in question.

I wouldn't mind seeing it in Deathrun, but like you said;
Some may use this as a way to target other players or be rude but verbal warnings could be issued telling them to change it if it is offensive.

Racism, rudeness text. What if they don't change it after these verbal warnings?

While I like the sound of this idea, I don't really think this is fit for TTT and more fit for DR. Reason being is that I've played on a few different TTT servers which have this feature aswell by being able to put up text above their head. Having texts over someone's head might be funny and cool sometimes, but honestly, due to all the texts it makes the server look messy and unprofessional which in turn might turn off other players.

Also the exploit you have mentioned will most definatly happen after we implement this. Sure you can give them a warning, a kick, or even a ban if they don't take the text off. But will that really be enough to have them take off that text? If you make it possible that a Staff Member can change the text then the problem is solved, yeah. But then again it opens up the oppertunity that Staff can put texts above other players and who knows the player might be offended with it.

So basically, a huge -Support when it comes to TTT, but a faint +Support for DR. This mainly because the times when I have been on the DR server, there is next to no communication and thus the chance of players picking on other players won't happen that often.

If this was by a shot added onto Deathrun (We can avoid the fact about TTT as said by me and Visionz), that a staff member had the ability to edit the text or remove it; it would honestly be a command for Super-Admins and higher.

Don't get offended when I say this, but I do not think that the Deathrun Admin team can handle such a command (Excluding some but most).

As brought up this may not be as practical for TTT due to identity issues. Perhaps set words could be bought like the "millionaires" title from SSRP?
As for deathrun would it be easy to allow staff to change inappropriate names?

Cool concept, but as people said previously it wouldn't fit right into TTT, because TTT is sometimes considered a "serious" gamemode to certain people and I doubt they would appreciate it.

But for Deathrun it would be very good as it's a less serious gamemode and would be great to make yourself stand out from others or add originality to yourself ingame, rather than having the same player model as everyone else.
