TOPIC: Please....

So, right now when i am looking on applications. is there ALOT of unnecessary replys. I feel like i have to step in here and say my opnion

I see people just write
-support
How can that help them? you don't tell them what they can do better.

I also see a guy type on olly's application.
"Dont apply for mod, your not ready"
Everybody can apply. you don't decide if they can post it or not. Sure mabye they not ready. But atleast they try.
Also, you don't really type what he could do better.

The same when people post stupid pictures about a guy shake hes hand or whatever. How can it help them? Sure you posted it to be funny, but does the person that you post it about think its funny?

I feel like, either should you repply with a REASON or don't repply. You don't have to make a +support or -support. just tell them what they can do better, or what they do of good stuff.

So, yeah, thats my quick opnion.

The thing that annoys me the most is seeing people reply : Nice guy. as the great walrus once told me, we'd rather have good staff than nice people

but good staff are nice people you can't really have a not nice guy as a staff he'll most likely abuse

That is not nice as a person, But is a fantastic staff

I don't want to be rude to named example here, being ollyboy, but he has i think 6 or 5 apps and on every single one he got a plethora of advice from everyone. I know myself that i posted advice there multiple times. Not once, and i repeat myself, not once has he taken any of it into account.

He got multiple pages of advice, yet he doesn't change.
If people don't respect others, should they deserve respect?

yes everyone deserves respect no matter who they are if you don't you're just as bad as them

There is a difference. If someone is going to disrespect me. Im not going to feel sorry for them in any scenario.
People should always show respect to eachother, but if someone can't do that, they don't deserve it either.
But about this matter I feel im more grown up to understand this then people of a lower age.
