Okay so I broke NLR killed someone who killed me then the guy I killed went back to that area, is that aloud? or is that also NLR?


He said that because I broke NLR and killed him it was okay for him to return....

In that case you both broke nlr.
It isn't allowed.

So me and my friend were raiding you, I lock picked the door but you started shooting my friend, my friend kills you, you break NLR, and come back and kill him. I then try killing you, die, and take you to an admin sit and warn you for NLR and explain how you broke it.

After I handled that, I returned to where I did, because my death should have never occurred. You BROKE a rule, and should have stayed out of the district you died in for 3 minutes, but you came back seconds later and killed him.

TL;DR

You are breaking NLR, kill me, I warn you for NLR, I have 30 seconds of NLR and return.

I say NLR doesn't have any affect on me, because my death should have never happened.

I'd like to clarify, I didn't die in a base, I died outside near banker, if that clears anything up.

That would s true BUT the rule of nlr would still count you can't brake rules because others do. But I do understand your reasoning Morgan

Staff members are supposed to be well versed in the rules, and that is why they have the ability to do this as opposed to normal members (although they could grant permission to a normal members of the community under similar circumstances.)

nlr applies to everyone, If you die you can't go back to the same district for 3 minutes.
the only expections are when you host events or staff is handling F1's.

It's that easy.

It's not NLR as you RDMED him when you broke NLR.

All rules still apply even though they were in a rulebreak situation
