Server Name: SSRP 1 and 2

Suggestion Title: Basically there needs to be a rule that stops bases in the vault that give the person trying to defend the upmost advantage. I'm thinking that a way to do this would be to add a rule like this:

-When shooting over a prop, the minimum portion of your body that must be showing is the upper torso.

How would it benefit the server: It would make the vault a challenge to raid, as opposed to something anyone who's paid 500k for a base dupe can do. And let's be honest, this kind of thing is just plain unfair:

i do support this rule.. reason? as you guys know im one of the good players.. pro raiders.. but without explosives its really hard to raid the vault. so i +support i dont want to lose my explosives and just use guns...
