Look at the replies on your application. First of all it "seems" like you even lied about your Age. I haven't seen someone being 17 years old with that bad grammar. Second of all, as far as I know you have plenty of recent warnings which decreases your chance of getting accepted as Moderator heavily. I think I don't need to explain it further.
