EVERYTIME i meet rulebreakers .When i played on zarp ssrp randomly almost everyone spawnkilled,rdmed and killing people out in the city when they are mutants.Please do something about it.zarp has been a chaos now.

DarkRP is not broken.
Make F1s besides saying it in OOC, Advert etc.
If no admins are on, talk to them on steam (Add them) and/or go on Teamspeak.

Terminator i stop playing it but i hope it get fixed.
