Also the stuff you said on Skype can be classed as death threats and I would like if you read this article from the CPS found here. If Tom and stratiic would like to press charges you could face 10 years imprisonment. So please add all the information next time.

Ow please, I didn't break any laws I was gathering evidence. So let me give you a situation for you to understand for example if a child is getting physically or mentally abused and someone wants to gather evidence to get a guaranteed conviction they will film / photograph the person doing it the act.

Just look at shows like BBCs panorama where people go undercover with secret filming equipment to gather information about people doing stuff illegally and then report it to the police. You really think the people going undercover are going to say "i've some filming equipment in my jacket and I'm going to film you doing illegal stuff" you really think that would happen.
