Is it allowed to Scam people for csgo skins like you pay a person for a skin but they dont give it. Cause it happend to me multiple times now and i dont know.I know that it is not allowed to be advertised or ooc if u are selling skins but thats all i know. It's very complicated.

It's generally risky to trade with RP Money, that's why i don't suggest you to do that.
If someone would scam you and you have proof and stuff, the staff members can just show you this:

1.8 Sale of In Game Items - Other then for VIP the sale or trade of ingame items or currency. For items outside the server is prohibited.

It's not their responsibility if something happens to your RP-Money/Real money, as they have a rule against these trades. And they don't have the rule without a reason. It's to save you from these scammers.

Your not suppose to be selling things outside of the game for in game money ( not including VIP which your not allowed to scam on anyways ) so if you do get scammed we will not be held responsible or investigate the matter. We don't want to hear about it or know about it at all there will be a punishment for it.
