I was warned for just saying fuck and shit in OOC today. I feel as if i have the right to fucking say what ever the shit i want. I was warned for simply saying "Swear" words in OOC and warned for calling a man a Cunt when he had an admin search my base accusing me of having Wrongful Items while building. No where in the rules does it state i can not say Fuck or Shit. Yet i was warned for saying them.

No you weren't saying only these words. You kept spamming disrespectful words on OOC after several warnings but you wouldn't stop.

firstly you called a man a C*nt wich is disrespect to players. Ratoz wrote

The rules

1.2 Disrespect - Users of the ZARP community server are to conduct themselves respectfully at all times.

so that's one rule broken and if you said f*ck in ooc if it was directed as disrespect its a warn. but if you were over the top swearing the admin/mod should have told you to calm down or to stop with the language. but if the mod/admin felt it was too far and you would not stop his warn maybe valid.

No. If someone is offended by me saying Fuck then there is a deeper issue that does not effect me. "read the rules that you have agreed to" - No where in the rules does it say i am not allowed to say "Crude language". Change the rules or allow the use of creative language. Well Ratzo, a member of staff's opinion is final and if he warns you for something you feel is unjust create a report abuse thread by using this thread. The rules are stated here as guidelines for the server, they are not here for you to scrutinize and try to look for loopholes. An admin's word on a rule is final. If you feel that they are abusing their powers, please gather evidence and post it in a form of a demote request, or bring it to the attention of a Super Admin.

Note how it says respectfully, if an admin feels you are acting in a disrespectful manor regardless of it was directed at a player they may warn. Stop trying to loophole your way out of it. It will get you absolutely no were.
