TOPIC: Oh dear.

Hello. I see that it is fairly easy to become a Moderator. There is great concern about this, and, as it is not very necessary, to become more hard and temporarily disabled.

Easy? how do you mean if you would apply now and no one knows you you wont get accepted ya know?
so tell me how is it easy to become mod

If its to do with application viewing, then go check out my concern about that if you can find it.

The staff team reviews the applications, give arguments as to why they should or shouldn't be accepted, and then vote in a democratic manner. Convincing every staff member to vote yeah seems like a hard task to me.
