Get a PC. Laptops tend be incredibly bad when it comes to gaming. I used to use a gaming laptop since a couple of weeks ago, but I'm now using an old pc that works a lot better with games. It's a miracle I was able to play TTT decently on that bloody thing.

The problem is i need a device that i can take anywhere. Cause my girlfriend lives 4 hours away. So i need to always have it with me.

You can take a PC with you if she has an extra monitor. PC's aren't all that heavy nowadays.

And exactly why wouldn't you put it in a briefcase? Easy to take with you, not "awkward"(?) and decent specs. It's a win-win(?)-win situation, don't you think?

Despite the fact that you're lurking somewhere else in Europe, I'll give you a quick recommendation for the company in which I had build my computer (AFAIK - They do international shipping.)

From my experiences with Chillblast, I fathom that they are an outstanding company that is adept in what they do, providing: impressively fast build times; friendly and experienced customer support; generous warranties, and fair-priced hardware and labor costs.

I've had my build for coming up to two years now, and despite a bearing problem (which I haven't had serviced simply because it is so small, and therefor not marginally worth the effort of shipping it to the other end of the country), I haven't had a single factor in which I can fault Chillblast.

Minecraft lags even if you have a beast PC. But anyways, don't buy acer they're really not for gaming. Look in for Asus laptops, they're the only ones I trust.

Btw even a 500€ PC can handle minecraft.
Just get a desktop for 500€ then you can upgrade it later on.

Just found this on amazon UK the Asus X550CC-XO016H it has decent specs for a laptop and a GT 720M GPU. You probably can find it in the Netherlands. Probably over your budget but I would save up and get that.

If you use Java x64 (atleast, for me), you can give Minecraft extra RAM. Try giving it as much as possible without it melting down your PC. Also, close everything else that you are sure you won't need for the time being using Task Manager. Be careful not to close any svchost or close explorer, though.

If i were you, i would just save up a bit more; build a beast PC or let one be build for you and invest in a tablet for to-go.
