People getting denied for not being active/playing on server 1? That's just stupid. Stop making such a thing negative, why can't staff go on server 2? staff's lacking activity over there anyway, its just sad. Well there is a reason for this. since there (at peaktime) is double as many players on server 1 and since its the main server, alot more staff is needed there. there is also 3 times as many rulebreaks. Well Cheese you have no idea how many f1s we get don't start complaining if your f1 is not handled in time or at all. On server 1 alone I do tons of f1s you have no idea how many we get, so I advise you not to complain in this area as you don't have a clue what you're talking about. Staff do their f1s but we get a lot and I mean a lot of f1s. So don't complain about it, it makes staff get angry that users say they don't do their job when there are tons of f1s and one person doesn't get theirs done. It honestly pisses me off.

Like i said in my other posts; server 1 is the priority. Being denied for inactivity on server 1 is a valid reason not to be promoted from moderator to admin. The amount of people on this thread are too damn...

Both servers are priorities. Server 1 is getting more people because its server 1 *cough* *cough* the first server.
You're basically saying server 2 isn't a priority because most people go on server 1 when in fact, players go on server 2 as well. Server 2 needs as many staff as server 1 would need. Both servers are priorities

I think that server 1 is allways going to be the priority. Not only does it have the most ammount of players but it has the more mingy players.

If anyone is looking for a new server to play on 9 times out of 10 they will pick server 1 over server 2, This means that you will get the noobs that dont know the rules on server 1 and this all results in more f1's.

I.M.O. A good mod or admin should have a 70/30% time split betwean the two with server 1 being the priority.

I agree with you there, but you need a survey done for results. Some rule breakers would now pick server 2 after what you've said.

Both servers should definatly have staff presant and at no point did i say that server 2 dosn't suffer from rule breakers I'm just saying that the priority is going to be server 1 for a couple of reasons. I'll list a few.
90% of the time there are more players on server 1 than server 2
More noobs on server 1 for the reason i explained in my prevous post
More first time players on server 1 and so it's important to have staff online as we want to keep people playing after their first visit
With more f1's on server 1 it's important to have a few staff members on at any one time otherwise they will begin to overwhelm the mods/admins

Returning to my point, server 2 needs at least 3 staff to handle what five F1s in a matter of minutes?

Stop arguing as you're making yourselves look bad. You're staff, act like it.

That's exactly what i'm saying. Server 1 is the priority because it has more players. With more players comes more f1's and so we need mods/admins to spend a little more time on server 1 than 2 to balance this out. First, i did not say its worse. Second, even if its the main server, that doesn't mean that there needs to be lack of staff on that server.
