Server Name: ZARP Surf Server

Suggestion Title: Surf Server

How would it benefit the server: it would expand zarp making us a larger community.

Potential Issues/Exploits: May not succeed well

Additional notes: I would like to see a surf server as I've always loved to play it. I do not know how to code but I know the process of buying a server and adding ulx as I would pay for the server. I have a server bought from aff but it closed down I would need to start it up and again and reset everything and give dcx emp and chute access to the console in which I would do.
