TOPIC: Admins aren't active enough...

The admins on this server are not active enough, meaning there is constant RDM, RDA and lots of money loss. This is proving quite tedious for me and others because it's leading people to bring negative feedback on the server.
I, personally, will be avoiding the server until the problem is resolved.
It's such a shame to see a server with such good potential go to waste like this. More admins need to come on and something needs to be done about it.
This isn't intended to be hate speech or harassment, just a word of warning to those who want to play regularly and peacefully.

I'm on every single day of the week, either on Server 1 or Server 2, or interchanging the both. I think you are joining the servers when most of us are asleep, so that is why most rule-breakers are able to get away with what they are doing. Just remember that you can also make a Report Abuse post and from there you can request a ban on the player. You can find the link to the section here. Just remember to be taking screenshots of the rule breakers when they are actually breaking the rules, or recording. Because we cannot ban without sufficient evidence that the player did anything wrong.

Kinda true, I was on Server 2 today and there were no Mods, Admins or above on with 30+ players for around half a hour or more until "Brother Ryan" and on and started dealing with things but then he was still the only one for a while.

Known issue, developers are working on it

To be quite honest over the time that I took a break from zarp the Amount of admins on zarp ssrp servers has increased a lot, when I used to play solidly there used to be a rarity of 1 or 2 at a lot of times, normally on server 2, but not there are a lot more. You should consider yourself lucky.

This is because of timezones, my timezone is a bit different (+5:30) and yeah most of the time I'm the only one online at my time.

Every week new moderators and administrators are accepted, so hopefully there will be more mods and admins.

I've been bedridden for a while and when I come on it's either really fucking late or only for minecraft.

All of use have lives and we can not be on the server 24/7. When I am online there is at least one other staff member and this is when there is only 15 - 20 people online. At peak time when there is around 50-80 people there are at least 3 staff on duty with around 10 off duty.

First of all I would like to apologies for your experience on the server and hope that we can work together to improve this.
Over the past few weeks myself and the rest of the lead team have been putting together ways in which the players experience can be improved. A part of this which we are aware of is the F1's and staffing. We have implemented some new systems that will be taking place from this week to hopefully resolve both of these issues.

Another way in which the F1's & staffing can be improved upon is by the players help and support. Please understand that at peak times on the server response times to an F1 are going to increase due to the increased amount that we receive.
If at any time you feel that their are no staff on or your F1 is not being handled then take some screenshots/video as evidence and complete a Ban request this way the incident will be resolved asap when a member of staff sees it.
If you also feel that your F1's are not being dealt with in the correct manner or that a staff member is abusing their powers then feel free to complete a Demote Request, A member of the Lead team will review this and take the necessary action upon that staff member.
