I've noticed that a lot of people on RP2 run over others on purpose. Mainly mods do this, while they are the ones who should be fighting random killing. As far as I know, running people on the street is not considered "Car deathmatch", but it is on the sidewalk.
Now, mainly mods drive around in their cars, maximum speed and on the wrong side of the road. They drive from the car dealer to the end of the road and drive back, as fast as possible. While doing this, they run over multiple people and justify this by saying "You were in the road".
The metro exit near the car dealer is in the middle of a tunnel. There are no sidewalks there so players who come out of it have to leave the tunnel and can always be ran over. Even to see if someone is coming towards you, you have to step out a little bit, and at that moment you can be ran over.
I really think that the rules should be changed so that driving with the intention of running people over for a non-RP reason should also be considered "Car deathmatch". If someone is threatening you with a gun and you run over them, I find it should be allowed as you fight someone with a weapon using your own weapon, your shiny front or back bumper. However, people speeding and swerving over the road and intentionally running into people who are standing in the road should not be allowed.
I'd gladly hear your opinions on this.
