My Application Never Got Replied Too

You application was most likely not replied to because you did not create it in the correct section, you created it in 'General Discussion' rather than 'Server Applications', take a look HERE. Your application will most likely not be replied too until next week. My suggestion, either re-create the application in the correct section or ask a forum moderator to move your application.
