TOPIC: Connection problems

Hi,
My friends are playing on this server so i joined them but it won't let me join
it is stuck at sending client info and the circle keeps on moving so i didn't crash
I hope someone would help me

And how do i solve it?

You could try to turn off your router and turn it back on.
Or check if the ports are blocked, if so open them.

Ports:
27015 and 27005
both TCP and UDP

Check the back or bottom of your router.

Mine says as example:
KPN EXPERIABOX V8 version xx.xxxx.xxxx
