Date Seen: October 20 2014

Bug Description: There's 2 cop Npc's in the same area, like 2 spawned cop npcs in each other.

Severity: Medium

Steps to Reproduce: None

Actual Behavior: 2 Moving Bodies

Expected Behavior: You should see 2 cop npcs in each other.

Where did you find the bug?: In the PD station where you get the cop job. The NPC.

Troubleshooting/Work Around: None
