TOPIC: Random demote and the loss of 40 steel

I was randomly demoted as a shop owner whilst inside my shop, this resulted in the loss of 40 steel which was inside the shop, I was reffered to use the forums by "Lixxist Harper" a moderator who took up my f1 request at the time, I would really like to get my lost items back.
