TOPIC: Quest cooldown

I've been waiting for a quest to cooldown for quite a while now (grouping up - by johnny) so i was wondering how long the cooldown of quest where. and if it's different for each quest?

alot of quests r broke yo, post this in bug report

nahh it just took some time for it to cool down, but here's a hint for all the quest's press e on the same guy you got the quest from sometimes they'll fix the mission!
