I am not sure who you are as I play DarkRP and League Of Legends but I have heard your name somewhere, But this story sort of made me feel like shit, I read it and thought dam how unlucky are you, Man I really hope your operation goes well and sorry to hear about your Nan.

My Grandad has also got Cancer, it is a pain in the ass but you just have to think positive all the time and you will get through, when I was born all the doctors/nurses thought I was going to die as I was in a comer for 2 weeks and I survived (There was more to it than just a comer, but it is a long story) (Thank God).

Good Luck dude! hope you get through this safely.
