If you make a moderator application and non-staff members are supporting you. Don't get your hopes up because it doesn't effect the staff opinions on you becoming a Moderator. Its nice to see people supporting you but just understand if you got denied and you think what about all those support I got? well, the staff didn't gave it to you just people who play with you in-game. At the end its the staff-members who pick the Moderators.

Agreed. As nice as it is for someone to +Support you, sometimes they neglect to check time played on the server and ofcourse non-staff members cannot check other player's warnings and they may not have a clear overall picture of the player.
