Well, I'll tell you how I've been improving as a player. I started out by playing Casual DE Defusal Maps, and learned the basics of the game. Aim for The Head ALL THE TIME. Don't spray, Don't run and shoot. If you want to get better, learn the map callouts, the map itself, the weapons, the recoil of those weapons, crosshairs, and more. Spraying is useful when you're dealing with CQC, just be sure to aim down when you spray.
