Some of you might be thinking (or hoping) that I am dead.
That's why I'm writing this thread to clean things up.
So, on Sunday evening, 1st of June I was doing my daily duty on the internet of talking on TS3 and playing Gmod and out of nowhere, my internet went down and I found out that the PPP session has been turned off and I couldn't log back in.
Turned out that when my parents made a new agreement with the internet providing company, the worker that signed the paper didn't put in the system that we were supposed to pay less money (around 98PLN instead of 126PLN, 5PLN = 1GBP). And even though it said in the agreement that we have to pay less, the operating system in the company had data that we still had to pay 126PLN, all because the damn worker didn't change the bill.
So we had to pay a 100PLN fine and a 100PLN May bill. My mom paid the money on Tuesday and Wednesday and it's supposed to be in the company's bank account today evening, tommorow morning, or in the worst case, on Monday.
We will get our money back, because that's not our fault, we paid as much as the agreement said. If our case goes well, we will have 100PLN back and we won't have to pay the June bill.
I've been without the internet for about a week, which is really painful, not being able to harass children and talk with people..
I know I'm not supposed to make inactivity posts, but I have no way of contacting anyone, I'm at my sister's house using her bf's laptop.
