I am just curious here, but is there a plan to take any action? Maybe a vote in the next lead team meeting? I think limiting gang sizes might solve this assuming they don't just exploit it by becoming allies with other gangs.

I love the idea of then WAR. Yet from what I've heard it's effecting the server. This leads me to believe a peace treaty should be enacted.
