TOPIC: Chester really young and bad moderator - ZARP RP

So. Got 4 warnings and got banned for 1 hour. Here is my story.
Warning 1 - He shot me so i shot back but he said " YOU WERE IN THE CROSSFIRE ITS NOT MY PROBLEM" its self defense not my problem either.
Warning 2 - I said " good job ZARP 10 year old admin " Warned for disrespect? since when age was disrespecting someone.
warning 3 - I dont remember this one
Warning 4 - I was RPing as a crazy Russian guy then i said "FACKING STOOPID" in voice chat, then he gave me a 1 hour ban.

I think you deserve your ban, you should have got a ban when you Disrespected 2x but the wasn't any admin on so I couldn't ban you. You also RDMed me.

If I was on I would of most likely banned you if what Chester is saying correct, you do not judge staff members on their age as they can be mature and it does not mean nothing as we take staff for their quality!

As the other staff stated, If you break multiple rules disrespect and rule breaking will not be tolerated, therefor you deserve your ban.

If you would wrote it in chat, then its as you said. If you told this on voice chat pronounciation was possible to be acted as real disrespect. Nothing wrong with this warn.
If Chester was shooting at someone and you came between shot its your problem. If Chester hitted you, because you were in some distance - this is just weapon accuracy and shooter aim skill. If you judged him for this its your fault.

Moderator is not able to ban you. You have reached limit of 4 warns so dont accuse him for banning you.

If you really want to get him demoted - good luck. You will have to prepare demote request here and use correct template available here.

Warnings are the plainest form of punishment at ZARP. There's no need to appeal for them to be removed; but I see that you're not here to ask that of us.

You can try and make a demote request with valid evidence. These warns (as you described the events) are invalid, and completely undeserved.

Either way, ZARP is a community aimed at players of all ages, and welcomes any of our player-base to apply for a staff position. They are given their position purely based from prior experiences and maturity, and any actions that are contradictory to our original perception are punished using our staff discipline system.

As I said, the warns are invalid - and if you wish to pursue this further you should either contact a lead team member or myself on the TeamSpeak 3 server, Steam or create an abuse report on the forum.
