today when i sat my ass down infront of the computer i was going to join ts but when i tryed to connect this happend.

so i was like ok maybe the ts is down so i tryed the server. hopped on gmod but when i came to the server browser there where no server there

so i was like ok i guess the server has been like fluched down the toilet so i asked reaper what he was playing and he said zarp so im like wtf.

enyone know why i cant connect and some kind of fix?

Hi Releven, Please tell me the result of typing "connect 94.23.19.200:27015" without quotations in console. It may just not be showing up on your master list.
