(2) You don't have everything that's needed Is it actually a bug?
Are you sure it's not actually just something you desire to be changed?
Are you certain that it isn't there intentionally?
Then, when you've decided it meets the criteria for classification as a bug - There will be no template for you to follow, but make sure you include:
General description of the bug/glitch/exploit.
Why it is a bug/glitch/exploit.
Steps to reproduce the bug.
Any media/screenshots if applicable.
It's preferable if you don't make them all in one thread - make a new thread for each bug you find.

Extra notes:
(1) I would contact a forum mod to either move it to Bugs/Exploits, or make a new one in Bugs/Exploits and have everything needed as above.
(2) If this glitch happens, kill yourself VIA Console you would be able to buy grenades again due to on your death loosing your items and so it would reset letting you buy them again.
(3) You can easily get snapshots (Through steam or the camera in your hot bar), or a video of it
( You can find some free/cheap video recorders. )
