Admins are not psychics and you do need to know that they need evidence so if you have claims you should support them with screenshots and/or videos and please do not use the excuse that you cannot buy fraps as there are plenty of free software available.

If I'm on the server, I always take every F1 and deal with them the best way I can. Sometimes I have a bad day and I just feel like leaving a few minutes after I join, because I can't handle the pressure, but most of the time I do my duty the entire day. You should also remember that we don't see your every step with the server logs and we sometimes can't prove your point, even though we believe you, we can't do anything based off someone's words.

Many players also forget that Admins and Mods MUST always do f1's... they can also Roleplay too... they're still players. Don't expect them to always handle f1's as soon as they come up...

Just because your f1 was not answered does not mean that you can break the rules.
Also when an admin or moderator joins he does not see any f1s that were made before he logged on. This thread does annoy me because I try really hard when I'm on duty and even when I'm off duty I find myself still doing f1s and dealing with rule beakers. Also I have been in f1s for 20 minutes sometimes trying to sort out problems, watching video evidence, photos and so much more and it takes a lot of patience. When there are only two zarp staff online and 50 plus players online its not easy. Players need to be patient and if their f1 isnt answered try again later because we don't ignore any f1s. I agree with Crazyswiss. Patience is key, if two Staff are online, fifty players is very hard to deal with, when an f1 comes up everytime you handle another one, it's a never-ending cycle.
