TOPIC: Cant claim steam game

I got a steam game and i wanted to unlock it but it dissapeared out of my inventory Please help me!

Link your steam account with your forum account up where it says ZARP VIP, it should then appear on that page once complete. If not, please reply to this thread with details.

You can try a few things.

1. You can try restarting steam.
2. You can check if you actually payed for the game by checking if the transaction went through.
3.
a. If you bought it then, try to contact the steam support, make sure you include crucial information like the Name on the credit card, the last 4 digits, and other information.

b. If you got it as a gift then, ask who ever gave it to you if they still have it. If they do not then suggest the friend to try anyone one of these methods. If he bought it, I suggest just starting at 3.a.

4. After getting your responses from steam, and they cannot help you then you may have to rebuy the game. Depending on how much the game it can depend on how much you actually want the game.


I do feel sorry if you cannot get your game back but I hope these work.
