RP_Bloc is accessable for everyone

But we edited it, so this version is ours.

IMO, I don't think it really matters, as there's nothing we can do about it, and it happens all the time. Also, in a way, this can attract more people to ZARP, because it's a ZARP map.

Server Owner sometimes join servers to get their map. Because everything you download saves into your gmod directory.
