TOPIC: How do ZARP advertise?

I used to have a pretty good DarkRP server about a year ago my friends really liked it but I never got any players other than my friends so I couldn't pay for server costs

so what do ZARP do to have all the players they do?

-Good Staff
-Good addons
-Self made map
-Good Forum
-No lags
-Few servers
-TeamSpeak
-Good Players

Yes, Because none of these are ways of them getting players these are just good points about the server

- Good Staff CHECK
- Good addons (we dont have any)
- Self made map CHECK
- Good forum CHECK
- No lags GOD DANGIT DERPTROLLING (yes they attacked yesterday)
- Few servers CHECK
- Teamspeak CHECK
- Good Players CHECK

Now to the part of ZARP advertises.
We don't.

ZARP is quite an old community back in the day ZARP already stood out from other DarkRP Servers and it started small and got talked about.

If one players joins a server and likes in most of the cases they tell their friends and those tell other friends etc. etc.
Believe me spamming forums as ad for your server won't help at all.

To create a good server.

1. Create a solid base
2. Create solid rules
3. Make custom content or something what makes your Server stand out (note I HATE THE NEW DARKRP MENU the svn version)
4. Ensure you have a mature staff and hold meetings.
5. Keep the fun factor up and be friendly at all time.
6. Create an image of the server.
