TOPIC: Quick question

Just a quick question, is it against the rules to have an in character conversation with a friend and you say "fuck you man"?
Or for example being a hobo throwing bugbait at cops yelling "fuck the police"?
I see that as roleplay, but gregory the almighty mod does not. He kicked me when i was roleplaying.
