This forum system doesn't use smart scaling.
SMF would just fit it in correctly.
Could you provide us the original resolution of your signature image ?

Found out something within the forum system causes to auto-scale the images.
Also here check the CSS-Code for possible bbcode preset css properties

TO THE FORUM ADMINISTRATION
Tip : Make a second domain for testing a system transfer.
You transfer data from a SMF to an Joomla System make sure you did every step correctly since you didn't convert everything to its compability for a Joomla System.
