Anyone else on ZARP watched it?I think Noxer did.
Basically,I just think it's a great idea for a film,just really badly executed,showing off the life only of one family..Hell,I'd love to see what is going on in NYC or LA in the film setting,but no,you gotta watch this family fend off.
Sure it's a good movie still,loved the main villain,and it's intense,I give it a 8.5/10,the 1.5 lost because of the setting. Also,fuck the neighbours at the end,fucking swines,made me angry.[/align:30l6yokz]

*SPOILER ALERT*
Basically,as the family fends off the Purgers,their neighbours come in and start helping the Sandins,aaand later after all of the Purgers are dead,the neighbours ACTUALLY try to kill the Sandins,but the hobo kills some of the neighbours and waits with Sandins till the Purge is over,then the neighbours that didn't die leave the house and the hobo does too.
Pretty depressing.
