Talking about real life, placing a warrant on people for not wanting to get searched isn't a valid reason. Dont you realize how silly that sounds?
To be honest I really couldn't figure out a way that police will be able to find evidence, but I know its still possible. How else did they do it before the system. Your correct, (that wasn't my thought process though) and I've edited this part out.
